TRICORE ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF ROBIN DIVINE AS PRESIDENT & CEO

Albuquerque, New Mexico – December 21, 2021 – TriCore Reference Laboratories is pleased to announce that the board of directors has appointed Robin Divine to the position of president and CEO, effective January 2, 2022.

Dale Maxwell, chair of TriCore’s board of directors, stated: “Recognizing the critical role TriCore plays in New Mexico healthcare, the board of directors conducted a comprehensive national search for the CEO position.  Ms. Divine rose to the top for her extensive experience as a healthcare leader, her deep understanding of TriCore and her proven commitment to our community.   The board is confident in her ability to lead the organization in this evolving era of healthcare.”

Ms. Divine’s 30+ years in healthcare spans a diverse range of sectors.  She has been a member of the TriCore Executive Management Team since 2019, first as Chief Strategy and Growth Officer, and most recently as Interim CEO.  In these capacities, Ms Divine has guided enterprise business strategy, strengthened relationships with community partners and helped the organization navigate the constant change brought on by the pandemic. Prior to her formal employment with TriCore, Ms. Divine served eight years on TriCore’s board of directors, including a term as Board Chair and two terms as Chair of the Finance Committee of the Board.    Additionally, Ms. Divine served over 20 years in diverse roles at Presbyterian Healthcare Services, within both the delivery system and the health plan space.

An active member of the Albuquerque community, Ms. Divine will serve on the Albuquerque Regional Economic Alliance Board of Directors and is a participant in the Leadership New Mexico Core Program.  She received her Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics at The Colorado College and her Executive Master of Business Administration at the University of New Mexico, Anderson School of Management.  In addition, she completed an Executive Fellowship in Healthcare at The Advisory Board Academy.
