Meet Our Team
Hillary R. Elwood, MD
Hillary R. Elwood, MD is board certified in Dermatopathology and Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. Dr. Elwood attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in Pennsylvania, completed her Anatomic and Clinical Pathology residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, followed by Dermatopathology fellowship at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She is a clinical associate professor at The University of New Mexico School of Medicine. Dr. Elwood has special interests in adnexal neoplasms and immunobullous diseases.

Shelly A. Stepenaskie, MD
Shelly A. Stepenaskie, MD is board certified in Dermatopathology and Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. After attending Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, Dr. Stepenaskie completed her Anatomic and Clinical Pathology residency and fellowships in Surgical Pathology and Dermatopathology at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Stepenaskie is a clinical associate professor at The University of New Mexico School of Medicine. Dr. Stepenaskie has special interests in vascular lesions and lymphoma.

Rayan Saade, MD
Rayan Saade, MD is board certified in Dermatopathology, Molecular Pathology, and Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. Dr. Saade completed his fellowships in Dermatopathology at Duke University, Molecular Genetic Pathology at Emory University, and Surgical Pathology at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. He is a clinical assistant professor at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. Dr. Saade has a deep understanding of the histopathologic and molecular facets of Dermatopathology diagnoses, with a particular interest in melanocytic proliferations.
