FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – AUGUST 6, 2024 ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO –

David Grenache, TriCore’s Chief Scientific Officer was presented the “Outstanding Contributions Through Service to the Profession of Clinical Chemistry Award” at the Association for Diagnostics & Laboratory Medicine (ADLM) 2024 International Conference. The award recognizes individuals who have worked throughout their careers to advance the professional status of clinical chemists and the professional objectives of the ADLM.

In the award letter, Octavia M. Peck Palmer, PhD, FADLM, ADLM’s President, remarked “It is always a moment of great joy to recognize excellence. . . Your achievements have brought immense pride to our community, and we look forward to celebrating them with you.”

Dr. Grenache has over 30 years’ experience in clinical laboratory diagnostic testing. He serves as the Lab Director for the TriCore Main Lab, the Medical Director of Immunology and Point-of-Care Testing Departments and is a Clinical Professor of Pathology at the University of New Mexico. He also oversees TriCore’s enterprise-wide scientific research strategy that steers clinical trials to successful completion. He has authored and given over 150 peer-reviewed publications and presentations at national and international conferences. Dr. Grenache earned his PhD in Biomedical Sciences from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and completed his postdoctoral training in Clinical Chemistry at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.
