Affiliated with TriCore since 1997, Dr. Crossey has helped guide the organization’s development throughout its existence. He has oversight of operations and our initiative to provide healthcare professionals easy and timely access to laboratory information. Dr. Crossey completed medical school and residency training at the University of New Mexico, and holds a PhD from the University of Wyoming.
Dr. Nick Dayan is responsible for Culture, Human Capital Management, Public Relations/Communications, Workforce Education and Development, Materials Management and Supply Chain Management, and Facilities. He holds a PhD in Gerontology and Human Sciences from the University of Nebraska, as well as a Master of Arts Degree (MA) in Human Resource Management. Dr. Dayan is an Air Force Veteran.
Kent Gordon leads TriCore’s finance team, focusing on financial planning, capital management, billing, collections, expense control, and financial reporting. Additionally, he oversees our Client Engagement and Business Development areas. Kent is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of accounting and auditing experience.
Dr. Grenache has strategic oversight of TriCore’s scientific research projects. He also provides leadership as the scientific director of the automated core lab and esoteric analytic chemistry lab. Dr. Grenache is a board-certified clinical chemist with over 30 years of experience in laboratory diagnostics. His interests include reproductive biochemistry and emerging biomarkers of disease.
Dina Hannah leads the TriCore team responsible for assuring ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulations in an evolving regulatory environment. She began her laboratory sciences career as a certified medical technologist 30 years ago and has nearly 15 years of laboratory compliance experience.
Bill Remillard oversees technical operations for the esoteric core and hospital laboratories, patient care centers, logistics, specimen management and client engagement. He is responsible for aligning these functional areas with TriCore’s mission. Bill holds a degree in microbiology, has 30 years of experience as a medical technologist, and 25 years of experience in laboratory management.
