Ship ambient and overnight for Monday-Saturday receipt. Special Instructions:
Send fresh tissue specimen on sterile saline soaked gauze with ice pack in sterile container. Frozen tissue on dry ice. Paraffin block in protective sleeve at ambient temperature. For specific ordering instructions call 938-8684. Send requistion with specimen to Molecular Diagnostics. Test is ordered by the Molecular Diagnotics Department and resulted in Powerpath. |
