Processing & Shipping

Specimen Processing:
Completely fill all circles on card with blood from heel stick and allow to dry at room temperature.

Shipping Instructions:
Ship ambient

Special Instructions:
Collect this screen between 8-15 days after birth. Fill in all applicable information and place label on biohazard flap. Must be received at the performing lab within 14 days of collection.

Rejection Criteria:
Incomplete cards and improperly filled circles are unacceptable. Refrigerated or frozens specimens are unacceptable.
