Shipping Instructions:
Tightly seal container to prevent leakage and place in a biohazard bag.

Special Instructions:
Specimen must be cortical tissue of the kidney with glomeruli present.

Rejection Criteria:
Kidney tissue without glomeruli and dry specimens are unacceptable.
