TriCore’s Phone System has Changed

TriCore has upgraded its telephone system to ensure the continuing resiliency of our voice communications. The new, network-based system introduces a slight change for healthcare providers, who will now be asked at the start of the call to enter their Client ID Number and the patient date of birth using their telephone keypad. For the birth month and date, two digits must be entered; for the year, four digits.
