Toxicology

TriCore’s Toxicology Laboratory evaluates therapeutic drug levels in blood, urine, and other biological fluids, using powerful, state-of-the-art diagnostic instrumentation. Areas of expertise include extensive support for pain management clinics and long-term monitoring of anti-rejection drugs in transplant patients. The laboratory also performs routine testing of urine for drugs of abuse as well as filter-paper and whole-blood lead testing using inductively coupled plasma (ICP) to detect extremely low blood-lead levels.
