Adding or Cancelling Tests

TriCore accommodates requests for add-on testing whenever possible. Tests usually can be added when we receive sufficient specimen and when stability limits have not been exceeded. To add a test, call Client Services at 505-938-8922 or toll-free at 800-245-3296. On the results report, TriCore will request an authorization signature acknowledging that additional testing was requested.

Testing will be cancelled at no charge when the cancellation request is received prior to testing. However, charges will apply if the request is received after testing has been performed. For test cancellations, call Client Services at 505-938-8922 or 800-245-3296.
