Ordering Specimen Collection Supplies
TriCore provides specimen collection supplies to clients at no charge. Please use these supplies only for specimens sent to TriCore for testing.
You may order supplies:

By courier. Your TriCore courier can deliver your completed Supply Order Form to our Supply Order Desk.
